Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The Marketing Executive will be instrumental in developing and executing marketing initiatives that amplify our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive sales. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution, with a strong focus on digital marketing and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with R Parfums’ brand ethos and business goals, targeting luxury consumers and niche markets.
- Manage and optimize our digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Create and curate compelling content that resonates with our audience and drives engagement.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Plan and execute marketing events, including product launches, pop-up shops, and exhibitions.
- Identify and foster strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and other brands.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Provide regular reports on key metrics, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive and exceptional customer experience. Develop loyalty programs and initiatives to strengthen customer relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the luxury/ beauty/ fragrance sectors.
- Demonstrated success in executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with an eye for detail and a flair for storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in event planning and execution, with a track record of successful brand activations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders.
